Processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped you will receive another email confirmation with tracking details.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard – We use Australia Post for most items which in normal circumstances takes 2-6 business days to be delivered depending on your location. You can use your tracking confirmation for a more accurate estimated day of arrival.

Express – We use Australia Post for most items which in normal circumstances takes 1-4 business days to be delivered depending on your location. You can use your tracking confirmation for a more accurate estimated day of arrival.

 

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

As we ship worldwide international shipping can vary widely depending on your location however most items are generally received within 1-6 weeks depending on your local carrier.

Please check your tracking confirmation email for a tracking number and a more accurate estimated date of arrival.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@retroautotek.com.au with your name and order number or reply back to your order confirmation email, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition with original packaging.

Please contact us at shop@retroautotek.com.au to request a return authorisation, once the item is returned a refund will be processed based on the original payment method minus shipping fees.

Please note, as we sell a large number of new old stock, some items may have slightly damaged packaging. This will not affect the usability of the item inside.
